What’s up: I’ve been inundated with hundreds of offers from various outlets - some spam, some not - offering the latest and greatest “fibro fix.” We all know that some of these offerings are just so much online quackery. (Clues: anything with “cure” in the title.) But some are actually built on sound principles - whether alternative or traditional or western-type medicine.

So how do you tell which is which? You can try them all yourself and hope for the best. Or you can let me do the dirty work, and write about what my experience with each product was like.

How It Works

I’ll order these products. Not all of them, mind you - just the ones that meet my minimum accepted standards (i.e., no “cures” promised, nothing illegal, nothing requiring me sending more and more money to an unmarked post box in Canada or something). One at a time, I’ll try each - reading the books, taking the supplements, doing the exercises, whatever it might be. At the end of a fair trial (which will vary depending on what the item is - expect 3 to 4 weeks for nutritional supplements, longer, perhaps, for a holistic program, maybe as little as a day or two if it’s a book or digital product like a downloaded e-book), I’ll post my results in the form a very thorough and fair review.
